We give preference to bible studies and devotions that are complete (not just outlines), free (or have some free option), theologically sound, appealing to students, and easy to use.

#1. "Legacy Lessons" at youth-ministry.info (Formerly on Reach Out site) "The Best of the Web!"
Twelve hundred pages of Bible studies contained in over 30 series (as of Nov., 2001). Download in either "Word" format (so that you can revise in your word processor) or "PDF" for a better format. There are two types of lessons for two types of settings:
Legacy Speakers' Lessons are designed especially for that setting where someone speaks to the entire youth group. Contains speakers' illustrations, discussion questions, overhead sheet, student handout, and hints on how to study and teach. Great for "Master Teacher" settings as well, where one person introduces the lesson to the entire group and further teaching is done in small groups.
The Legacy Action-Packed Small Group Lessons shine in small groups, especially with younger youth, providing hands-on activities and lots of Bible study discussions.
